1 % Transaction Reward

• Eligibility: This offer is available only to merchants who have signed up with RING Merchant app and have a valid QR code to receive payments.
• Offer Period: The offer is valid from the day merchant is active to next 3 days
• Reward: Merchants will receive a cashback reward of 1% of the transaction amount
• Eligible Transactions: The reward will be applicable only for the first RING user app to RING merchant app transaction of the RING customer.
• Redemption: The cashback reward will be credited to the merchant's RING Merchant app bank account within 24 hours of the eligible transaction.
• Exclusions: The offer is not applicable for transactions made through the any other payment mode.
• Disqualification: RING reserves the right to disqualify any merchant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activities to claim the reward.
• Modifications: RING may modify, suspend, or terminate the offer or change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to merchants.

Signup and Credit limit Reward

• Eligibility: The program is open to all merchants who meet the following requirements:
  • The merchant is a resident of India and is at least 18 years old.
  • The merchant has a valid and active account
• Rewards: The merchant will receive a reward for each eligible signup and Successful credit limit. The amount gets credited within 24hrs.
• Eligible Signups and Credit limit Reward: An eligible signup is defined as a new user who has signed up using merchant's credit QR and meets the following requirements:
  • The new user has provided accurate and complete information during the signup process.
  • The new user has agreed to the terms and conditions.
  • The new user is not an existing user or an employee.
• Credit QR: The merchant will be provided with a unique credit QR to share with potential signups. The credit QR must be used by the merchant to receive rewards for eligible signups and credit limit.
• Prohibited Activities: Merchants are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
  • Using spam or unsolicited emails to promote the program.
  • Creating fake or fraudulent signups.
  • Sharing their Credit QR on social media platforms that violate the terms and conditions.
  • Encouraging or incentivizing users to sign up using the Credit QR photo.
• Termination: RING reserves the right to terminate the merchant's participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of the terms and conditions or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Modification of Terms: RING reserves the right to modify or terminate the terms and conditions of the program at any time without prior notice.

Surprise Reward

• The promotional offer is valid only for transactions made through the Ring app.
• Top 7 merchant will be decided by RING based on their eligibility
• The offer is valid only for a limited time period.
• RING reserve the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
• The offer is applicable only for eligible transactions as determined by RING.
• The cashback or reward amount offered is subject to change at the discretion of RING.
• The cashback or reward amount will be credited to the user's account 24hrs
